What this site is
Solopreneur AI is a one-person editorial project covering AI tools for freelancers, consultants, and one-person businesses. The goal is simple: give solo operators honest reviews, side-by-side comparisons, and practical workflows that help them spend less on subscriptions and more time on their actual work.
No team. No SEO agency. No affiliate-stuffed roundups written without ever opening the product.
Who I am
I’m Francisco Palacios. I run this site as a one-person business from Valencia, Spain. My background isn’t in writing or affiliate marketing — I’m building Solopreneur AI in public, using the same AI tools I review here. If a tool helps me run a real solo business, it makes the list. If it doesn’t, no commission convinces me to recommend it.
How I review tools
Every review on this site follows the same process:
- Hands-on use first. I subscribe to or trial the tool. I use it on real freelance and solopreneur workflows for at least a week before publishing.
- Plain-language verdicts. Every review ends with “use this if X, skip it if Y.” No “it depends.”
- Honest comparisons. Where a competitor genuinely wins, I say so — even when the loser pays a higher commission.
How this site makes money
Solopreneur AI participates in affiliate programs. When a reader signs up for a tool through one of my links, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate revenue is what keeps this site free and ad-free — but it does not influence which tools appear in reviews or comparisons.
